At Stock Fraser Cukier we have a very experienced litigation team who deal with a broad range of disputes.

Wherever possible we will seek to settle disputes by negotiation and we are known as tough negotiators.

In many cases we will use alternative dispute resolution (ADR) such as mediation or arbitration which are less adversarial and often more cost effective than going to court.

There are occasions, however when there is no choice but to seek justice through the court system and in these circumstances our Litigation Team will provide a robust and efficient presentation of your case.

Employment
